Mission Statement

BACKGROUND

The Beaumaris Football Club is a community based not for profit organisation which participates in our indigenous game of Australian Rules football.

The Club is located in Beaumaris and was first established in 1963 by a group of local returned servicemen who started the conversation about a community football club at the local Beaumaris RSL.

The Club fields male and female teams in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) and male, female and mixed teams in a range of age groups from Under 8s through to Under 18s within the South Metro Junior Football League.

MISSION

To provide all members of the Beaumaris Football Club with the opportunity to participate in Australian Rules football, either by playing, coaching, officiating, administering, supporting or engaging with the football club community.

The Club is committed to providing all children and participants with a safe, supportive, inclusive and well-resourced environment which develops and encourages participation in Australian Rules football in a community environment, supported by values which drive behavior to be the best you can be, both on and off the field.
