Our Constitution sets out the rules that guide how our Club is governed and operates. As part of our commitment to good governance and continuous improvement, we have prepared a draft and updated Constitution for members' review. To help you understand the proposed changes, we've also provided the current (old) Constitution and a comparison version showing the differences between the two documents. We encourage all members to review the draft and provide their feedback during the consultation period.

WHY VALUES MATTER
Great clubs don't happen by chance, they happen by choice, one behaviour at a time.
Values are the behaviours we choose every day.
They help us make good decisions, especially when the right answer isn't obvious. They shape how we treat each other, how we respond to challenges, and the kind of club we're proud to be part of.
When everyone lives the same values, we build a stronger club for today, and for future generations.
