Senior Coaching Positions Available

Two new coaching Senior positions have become available at the BFC and we are looking to fill those roles as soon as possible.

The two positions are Seniors Reserves coach and Senior Thirds coach.

2018 Premiership winning Reserves coach Michael Wilson is moving to a coaching role at the Sandringham Dragons in the TAC Cup.

Michael played over 200 Senior games for the BFC. In 2017 Michael turned his hand to coaching and proved to be a natural and instinctive coach and last season won a premiership in his second year as coach.

Club President Terry Lucas issued the following statement: "Michael has been a stalwart of the Beaumaris Football Club for many years, having started his career at the club as a Junior, then a Senior player and more recently as the Senior Reserves Coach. We wish Michael all the best at the Dragons knowing that he leaves the BFC with our full support. The door is always open Wilo."

Brad Kilgore was also a first year coach in 2018 after playing 105 Senior games and kicking 26 goals as a BFC Senior player.
Brad's Thirds also made the Grand Final this past season, losing a close one to De La Salle.

We wish both Michael and Brad all the best for the future.
