Congratulations to BFC player Corey Watts who recently won the B&F for TAC Cup team the Sandringham Dragons .
This is a tremendous achievment by Corey who is an under age player at the Dragons and when not playing for the Dragons last season came and played in our U17 Div 1 team.
Corey started at Beauy as a 10 ten year old and eventually found his way into the U14 Div 1 team where he won his first premiership. This was followed by 3 more, culminatating in this year's epic U17s GF win against Highett/Chelt. Corey played a pivotal role in that game when switched back to fullback in the 3rd Qtr. His intercept marking and long kicking kept us in the game when the pressure was at its most paramount.
Corey has played 128 games at the BFC and kicked 84 goals. Now days Corey plays as a key position defender, a role that has bought out his best.
